Everyone deserves to love and appreciate their body. Your body works and cares for you. Whether you're dealing with a disability, coming back from an injury, scared to step foot in a regular gym, unsure of where to begin, or looking to further specialize in your training this space is for you.


21st Street Fitness exists to bring outsiders into the fitness space and offer training solutions to busy professionals. If you have an excuse we offer a solution. There is no condition that cannot be improved through consistency and effort.

I began working as a personal trainer at 18 in 2011. What I've learned is this: the best training happens when you understand what you are asking your body to do, why, instead of pushing it around. When you can feel what's working and what isn't.


I'm not here to make you feel bad about where you're starting. I'm here to help you identify the abilities your body possesses now and how they can help you to gain more.
