What we can work on together
No matter where you're starting from, we'll figure out what your body needs right now.
21st Street Fitness Services
Your journey begins with a comprehensive assessment where we discuss your goals, health history, current abilities, and any specific needs or concerns. From there, we develop a personalized program that grows with you, celebrating every achievement along the way.
Every session is conducted in a supportive, non-judgmental environment where effort and positive attitude are valued above all else. Whether you're looking to improve daily function, build strength, increase mobility, or simply feel more confident in your body, we'll work together to make it happen.
Personal Training
Just you, me, and whatever your body needs to work on. Some people want the full attention because they're dealing with something specific. Others just learn better when they're not worrying about what everyone else is doing. Either way, we build your program from scratch and adjust it as we go.

Adaptive Fitness
This is my specialty - working with bodies that don't fit the typical gym mold. Missing a limb? Got cerebral palsy? Dealing with MS? I've probably worked with someone in your situation before. We figure out what works for your body, not what some textbook says should work.
Movement & Mobility
Sometimes the goal isn't getting stronger - it's getting your body to move the way it's supposed to. Less stiffness, better range of motion, joints that actually cooperate. This is about making your daily life easier, not setting records.
Duration:
45-60 minute sessions
Perfect for:
- Chronic pain management
- Post-injury recovery
- Desk workers with tight hips/shoulders
- Seniors wanting to maintain independence
- Anyone who feels "stiff" all the time
Duration:
60-minute sessions
What we focus on:
- Functional movement patterns
- Progressive overload at your pace
- Core stability and balance
- Bone density improvement
- Injury prevention techniques
Strength Training
Real strength for real life. Not gym bro lifting, but the kind of strength that helps you carry groceries, pick up your kids, and feel solid on your feet. We build it slowly and safely, because getting hurt isn't part of the plan.
Condition-Specific Training
Diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, autoimmune stuff - exercise isn't off limits just because you have a diagnosis. You just need someone who understands how to work with your condition instead of against it. That's where I come in.
Duration:
60-minute sessions with careful monitoring
Conditions I work with:
- Type 1 & Type 2 diabetes
- Cardiovascular disease
- Arthritis and joint conditions
- Autoimmune disorders
- Metabolic conditions
- Post-stroke recovery
Duration:
90-minute initial consultation + assessment
What happens:
- Low-key conversation about your goals
- Basic movement screening
- Try a few simple exercises
- Create a realistic starting plan
- Answer all your questions (seriously, ask anything)
Getting Started
Never worked with a trainer before? Intimidated by the whole fitness thing? This is where we start. We talk, we try some basic movements, and we figure out what your body is ready for. No pressure, no judgment, just getting you moving.
